He called 7 times back to back. I answered and told him no after claiming to be from some metabank in Kazakhstan. Also called me a b**** for not listening to him. Also told me he didn't follow the US rules. I had to block the number all together.

scammer called 2 times On my wife’s phone at 1 AM then called back after being hung up on. I Spoke to the man that we didn’t want to hear from him, and that he doesn’t have the right to call at that time. Also that we were on national do not call list. He arrogantly claimed that he was from Kasakastan and didn’t have to follow US rules. I asked not to call. He claimed to have a diplomatic immunity and will keep calling until I listen to his political pitch. He then proceeded to mock me that I’m a real brave husband, and that I could not get on the phone and come 3000 miles and beat him up! When hung up on, he tried to flood my wife’s phone with about 10 rapid fire texts. this evil man needs to be shut down!

Eli Karabell, the owner of Karabell Industries, called our law office, the office of a foreign consulate, and said he was referred by that foreign government regarding legal work. He said "they" were from Kazakhstan, and wanted our help pursuing a business deal with the foreign government. He included that he was aware we could not verify whether or not we did business with that government due to attorney/client confidentiality. We took a message and said we'd get back to him.

2 1/2 weeks later our firm received 2 emails, Re: BioPhotonics Sale Confirmation to the Republic of *foreign govt*, addressed to different unknown parties. These emails were sent to several email addresses. This "sale confirmation" is in the amount of 18 trillion dollars.

One email stated that we chatted on the phone that day (again, this is 2 1/2 weeks later, and not any of our names).

The business profile on ScamPulse.com has at least one complaint about something similar.
