My husband decided to purchase me a unit for before Valentines Day but we ended up have ah snow storm in the same month so it became delayed. Understandable, of course!
Kandy contacted my husband and told him I was to receive the unit in April some time. This was the beginning of March. I didn’t understand why but never said anything because I figured good quality work took time. So I decided to email her for inquiry purposes, I got nothing back. She started posting new wigs and I emailed again, got nothing. So she posted her number, I text her for a week straight, got nothing. Then she finally responded like she didn’t know I was texting her or what for. So I explained and she presumed to curse me out and tell me to wait til I she’s finished. I waited til she calmed down and asked her an eta on my unit. She told me April 22nd, so April 19th asked if she needed anything else from me like address confirmation or wanted me to see the product to see if I was happy with it and proceeded to tell me it changed to this weekend. I asked why and she said I’m not her only client and decided to curse me out again. I asked for ah refund and she refuses. I have no unit nor money.
