Fraudulent subscription renewals

I ve been a customer for 2 years and they do all sweet talking in the marketing to get a subscriber telling you will be given extra months of service and on renewals but all they do is only annual subscription and all year round they will scam you with marketing calls to renew for their job. But in the end they can’t extend for extra months and terminate subscriptions end of year..

The quality of the tv service is not always consistent, sometimes there are channels with an audio lag..

I would never subscribe or recommend anybody again.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

One Rakesh from "Kanak consulting" called and offered all TV channels (that u can get on IPTV) for 200 a year.

He said I can get all the movies that Netflix and Amazon offer.

Signed up and found these.

1. If freezes often

2. No Netflix and Amazon.

Asked for credit. They dint cancel the service.

Here is advice for other users

Make sure you you use credit card that will refund money for fraud purchases
