Instagram account that has an online shop. I purchased 2 items, amount was paid to the account owners PayPal and I received a “your product had shipped” email. This was a month ago and there is no update on the USPS tracking except “Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item.” This status has been there since May 13. When asked about shipping/products, the account owner says he’s “working on it, and will be sent out soon” with various excuses. Multiple people can be seen commenting on posts saying they haven’t gotten their items yet.
