There was a rooftop party i paid tickets for which the party never happened. KAMA Presents reached out May 11th 2026 via email asking if i would like a full refund or to go on their “VIP” list, i chose full refund. It is now September 3rd 2026 and i have yet to receive my refund. I’ve emailed them back and forth they’ve said they’ve sent the money back “months ago” which isn’t true at all. I sent them the cash app information they should send my money too so i don’t understand why i haven’t received it.
