I rec'd a bill that went thru a very old Insurance (UHC). I rec'd a letter from UHC that I will owe over $4,500 to a 'company' called Kaltrex Solutions in June 2026. The company says it's durable medical equipment. I've never gotten any medical equipment. This is a scam that was put thru my old insurance not showing a Dr or what it even is. 8 have v good credit. I'm so upset about this scam. Thank you for your help.
