I Googled for a Harley Davidson Rug, Kalsten popped up, I liked the rug. Ordered it, said shipping would be 3 to 5 days. I waited a week, tracked shipping, stated hasn't been processed. Contacted support team. Went back and forth, for them to tell me they didn't have it, I asked for a refund, back and forth, telling me they had to contact the manager, then they came back and said I could get a gift card. I didn't want a gift card, now they will not reply to my emails, so yes I think it's a scam, they took my money...

Item was ordered and received. Item was of inferior quality and not what was ordered. Company is refusing to issue refund even though stating this on their website.
