Dr Phil that’s why you like to be called contacting him to help us out for an apartment every day will ask us for money. The total that I gave him was $8725. Unfortunately he did not get us an apartment every time that we get an appointment to see an apartment and if we like it, we tell them to send the application in and the application will never go through. There was always excuse with the landlords didn’t reply didn’t hear from them but at the meantime, he kept asking us for more money just in case we’ll find an apartment will have the money to give it to them. He asked for the first second and third month he has to ask money for a service what is he never did help us. This was going on since the middle of May 2023 unfortunately June I had to have an open heart surgery tried to conduct him even when I was in the hospital for six weeks. He only give me excuses. I’ve googled and unfortunately I was not the only victim. I’ve done quite a few people as well.

This company will make it seem easy to get a house or rental and not without paying $2000 up front without showing you any property. All they want is money first. When asked for your refund you are told there are no refund. When it states if they have not found what you're looking for in 3 months you will get your refund which is the catch. They have since removed their website and voicemail. They are very unprofessional the office looks and smell like a garbage dump. I have spoken to three different Real Estate agents and they stated that no agent is to take money from you upfront without you seeing and signing for the property of your choice.
