Multiple emails have passed back and forth with empty promises from them never resolved. Many others have also submitted the exact same or similar complaints as confirmed with the bbb here.
Item purchased;
Both the Rose Gold and silver version including the gift box.
Totaled $79.95 but no product received as of 2 months to date, ordered before Christmas. Today is 2-18-21
Company responds using two emails, [email protected]
And, [email protected]
Tracking via unknown shipping company states the product has been sitting in Georgia over 30 days now and hasn't moved since arrival.
Email from unnamed person with the company (following several emails which yielded nothing) claims they were starting an investigation yet I've received no additional response to date. This included my demands for money back in which they stated would take one week but have never produced any result outside of said email.
