I was hired for a supervisor position with this company. I read the contract and accepted the position. 3 weeks into the position, and after I rearranged my life and my daughter's life to accommodate, I was fired for not being available on my day off. I did not receive a message from my employer requesting my presence and the contract never specified needing to be available during my scheduled days off. In addition, I was still in training and had not been put in a supervisor position.
