Torn up small pieces of concrete as if to mark this was his job. Never came back, seven days later I went to his home. He came & torn up part of the driveway leaving the concrete piled in driveway. He came back & finished tearing out rest of concrete & dirt. Left his equipment in driveway for 4 days & debris never removed. Got his equipment 4 days later never came back. Found him doing another job & confronted him, said he would finish job in three days. In the mean time I found out he hadn't pulled a permit & wasn't going to so I had to fire him. He said he would return part of the downpayment have never seen him since so had to hire another contractor to finish the job before I couldn't get it done because of weather. Found out this had happened to another person who also never had their job completed.
