Judy Global Shop stated that the jeans were Judy Blues, but upon receipt, they were not. They are cheap quality and the jeans order were all the same size and they all fit different. When I emailed about the return they said they could issue a partial refund which is only half. I said no, how about $80? Then they said you can return it to the address on the package. You need to return it by yourself. If you find it troublesome, you can leave the packages, and I am willing to refund you 50%. I was not returning a package that I would have to pay for the return as well and still only get 50% back. So then I stated I would do the 50%. Then they said give it 3-5 business days. Then when I did not receive that refund they said, we do see that it did fail, is your account functioning properly? I said yes, it is. And then they just stopped emailing me after that.

False advertising from JudyGlobal.shop. Poor quality jeans. Poor customer service. Offered me a portion of a refund. I said no. Want full refund. I mailed jeans back for $12 S&H only to have them returned to me as an unclaimed address. Jeans not as described or as pictured in ad. Terrible transaction.

Judyglobal.shop (Judy Global) uses authentic blue jean photos to advertise their products. They are not shipping authentic garments. Poor communication. It took 30 days to arrive. Address of shipping is a storage facility! Scam!! Very poor quality. No tags with name fabric content size laundry instructions. Terrible

DO NOT BUT FROM JUDYGLOBAL WEBSITE OF ANY SORT. It’s differently fake product being sold from JudyGlobal.shop. I requested a return/refund and they offered me half but to keep the product. I insisted on returning the product with a full return and they say it’s a return at my cost, won’t refund until they get the product and said to return to address on package but there’s no address on the package. AVOID THEM!!!! I’m out just about $80.
