I placed an online order with Joyfball on July 28, 2026, for three soccer uniforms totaling $73.70. On August 8, the company emailed me stating that the order had shipped and provided tracking number ZS15855505099. However, the tracking information has not provided a verifiable carrier, delivery date, or proof that the package was delivered.

Joyfball's website states that shipping to the United States normally takes 7–15 working days. The order is now well beyond that timeframe and has still not arrived. I have contacted the company four separate times through its listed customer-service contact information, but I have received no response, replacement, or refund.

I am reporting this because the company accepted payment, failed to deliver the merchandise, provided ineffective tracking information, and will not respond to requests for assistance. I am disputing the $73.70 debit-card charge with my financial institution.
