Manulife John Hancock is saying that my 401K was scammed out of $10,000 but they wont give me any information or documentation for my records and I cannot know anything until the investigation is completed. They keep hanging up every time I call and transfer me to a line that is not available, no returned phone calls nothing. This has been over 2 months.
