Ordered 3 dresses Made in South Carolina… they were made and sent from China… then to Joe Doe 230-39 ROCKAWAY BLVD BLDG B
SPRINGFIELD GARDENS NY 11413
I have tried to find out how to return…. No way to get address !
I do not want these items made in China!
I have also seen Joe Doe has been reported several times for scams! He should be arrested

I purchased two dresses from Deuyo that did not fit. I have been emailing back and forth with this company and they told me to keep the dresses and they would refund me $42, not the $83 that I paid. I told them this was unacceptable. I have filed a dispute with my credit card and filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is a scam. Everyone beware!

I ordered 2 dresses via a site on Instagram. Thought it was legit. Got the dresses and they are of poor quality. Return address on the package is Joe Doe. Scam name scam address no return label. I got screwed. I think Instagram should screen for these fake companies and report them

oh one more thing, I don't remember ordering this or they gave me a smaller cut. so there is an address on it but don't know who and I looked up to find out if I bought something like this from Walmart /amazon or. target so if I find it, I will report that I never got it and if the item I supposedly got was it, it was not what I asked for and they can certainly find the info of that seller. They will get into serious trouble

At the USPS they always require a return address but scammers can put anything just to put an address. The usps will tell them without ID you cannot send this. That way they have no choice, they will be identified so when something goes wrong you can have the authorities find the scammer

I received a shirt with all the right names on it but I did not complete the form to order it. The size is a 4xl which is the size that I chose but it is like a 2xl. But again did not complete the order at all. I tried to take a Pic of the shirt but it would not allow me to attach it.

Since you have the tracking number, you may be able to find out from ups the name of the company or the true address they had to deliver it. Hopefully it was picked up and the scammer cannot hide their true address. We all have to become detectives nowadays

I recieved an order from this fake company. It was an outfit I know I did not order because everything I order I screen shot it and I can find on record. You can’t contact these people. Be careful I have never seen such poor quality merchandise from anyone, they should be giving it away. Chalk it up to suckers club !

I received this package in the mail containing a fake gucci bag that i didn't order. I im not familiar with this address and i double check my bank account to make sure why would a random person sent me something that i never gave out my address to send me anything.

I made a purchase of underwear and was sent CHINESE sizing of 2XL, NOT U.S. 2XL. I was also sent only one color, black, when in fact I had ordered different colors. Thankfully, I paid almost $40.00 through PAYPAL so I'm doing my best to first handle the request for a refund myself before contacting PAYPAL for help.

The shoes don’t fit and they have such an odor that you can’t stand the smell, I don’t know what they were made of, but they aren’t sock shoes as they described . I had to pay with PayPal and they won’t do anything about it, so they are just as bad. If this is the kind of companies PayPal deals with I won’t deal with them either.

I bought a kinetic wind spinner.
I received it and it was small and very cheap and flimsy also defective.
I paid over $50.00 for it.
I tried to find an address to return it but with no luck.
I've read most of the complaints and I could kick myself.
It's hard to believe that nothing can be done.
I'm so sorry for all of us.

Karen, I just received my Kinetic wind spinner and you are correct, it is cheap material and WAY smaller than was pictured in the Ad. The wind could blow this Eagle away! Nothing for instructions of how to assemble, box it came in was bent up ans crushed at one end. I tried looking up the website I found and it is fake! I used Paypal, and have changed my credit card number.

I got on the website provided. Nobody answered my question in a “live chat“. Then I read reviews. I guess I am stuck with my product and out $30. Do not order anything that is going to be shipped from Joe Doe. I did not know the merchandise was shipped this way and it is impossible to return.. I did not order from Joe Doe it just came to me in this Joe Doe envelope. A total scam

I ordered 2 dresses which were fine for the money. But I just received 2 more dresses which I don't remember ordering and from what I read I better off keeping them. But if I receive anymore cheap dresses I'll have to cancel my debit card. Lesson learned geez. Jacqueline Hart

I ordered two dresses from ValaNio website when i got them they were nothing like what I ordered and the fabric was so thin you could see through it. I have tried relentlessly to return , but there was no return label in the package even thought they stated there would be one. Return address has JOHN DOE on it . That should have been a red flag for sure. Shows it was shipped from a warehouse in Springfield Gardens Ny but when I googled it , said it was a scam location. Also said product was made in the USA which is very false. Made in China apparently.
Looked further and other customers said they were told it had to be returned to Dubui.
They state a full refund but also false. From other reviews you are lucky to get 10% of your total purchase back. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS NOT A LEGIT COMPANY.
THERE ARE SO MANY RED FLAGS AFTER RECEIVING THEIR PRODUCT.

I received an item today that I did not order. I order from EBay but certainly not this .
I even checked my order summary and it did not appear. Really ugly. I’m old and do not wear short sleeves. I do not want to be charged for this. Can I simply put back n mailbox. This is scary. Does someone have my banking info?

I order a pair of pumps size 7 and I was sent a size 5. Clearly way to small. How do I return and get the correct size? I love the shoes, but the size isn't nearing my size. I hope I can return them and replace with the correct size.

I ordered sandals from QVC.
When I didn’t get an email or any contact information, I got suspicious. I tried to find some way of reaching them to no avail.
I finally received the sandals and knew it wasn’t from QVC when they were wrapped in plastic and not even in a shoe box. They were mashed together.
What I got and what I ordered was definitely not the same as in the picture.
I am very upset and want my money back.

I received merchandise that was ordered from "Dress Fashion." What was pictured on the website is way different than the cheap %$#^@# I received in the mail. It is so thin, terrible poly/plastic and thin fabric; you couldn't even wear it out of the house. Turns out, the return address is Joe Doe.
I hope that PayPal can help me with this.
