This business sent me one of the four items I purchased then 3 items I did not order. They are refusing to return my money for the other three items (which I paid for) claiming they can only offer me 12% of the items value and telling me it will be costly to return the three items that they sent me, which I did not order in the first place. They are telling me I have to pay to ship the items back to a "warehouse in Asia" but I can clearly see they were shipped to me from California. Also, I PAID for and ORDERED items and they sent me different ones, so they should be paying for the return, not me, and they should either return the items I didn't order or replace the items that I ACTUALLY ordered.
