Purchased 6 bottles JellyFit on 5/6/26. Sent email on 5/9/26 and said purchase was a mistake & please credit my Chase Visa for total amount $311.64. Advertisement was 100% Satisfaction 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Order #6N2pmq8e - ticket #27083857. Called phone number today & it answered Morgan & Morgan personal injury law firm. They were not aware their tel number was being used by someone else.

JellyFit had a 60 day guarantee if dissatisfied for any reason. I did not lose the weight as advertised, so after 1 month I chatted with the company and said I wanted to cash in the guarantee. I was told I had not used the product long enough, and I still had more than 30 days; they said I should continue for a bit and would still qualify for the refund. On June 22 I sent a request in for the return address so that I could proceed with the guarantee return. I was put off every day until today, and then received an email (attached) saying I would probably be out of the range for the refund and made an offer that would give me back $55.37 of the $201.

The Jellyfit Product describes their product as the "genuine" gelatin recipe for the Bariatric Gelatin weight loss tool. They incorporate Dr. Gupta, well known Dr, Dr. OZ, Kathy Bates and Oprah Winfrey. After a 45 minute video they finally get to the ordering and offer a 3, 6 or 12 bottle option. If you select 3 or 6 month, they automatically send you an additional offer to add an additional 6 bottles for free since they say you need 12 months to be effective. Then you receive a call from a coach offering a weight-loss program for $3,300. I have tried to find an address to return as it states if not satisfied you may return full bottles for a refund.
