Javier came to my home, gave me a quote. He came back a week later at which time he said he didn't have all the material he needed and that he needed the money to buy the material. I cash apped him the money and he said he would be back the next day and never returned. Called Javier multiple times and he said he would be over the next day and this continued for a week. I finally talked to him and I told him I wasn't happy with his service and I wanted my money back. He threatened me and cursed me out and hung up the phone.
