Purchase was made online on June 27, 2026 for $83.96. I was immediately charged for that and an additional $126.14 which was disputed right away. I notified itagpro and got back a 'do to high volume of emails our response may be delayed' email. I waited two weeks and then disputed the charge with my credit card company. My credit card company refunded the $126.14. I have not received the product ordered on 6/27/2026 for $83.96. I email the company once a week asking for a resolution or a refund. They stop responding at the two month mark.

Selling Bluetooth air tags as gps tags. Refusing to provide return address within 30 days of receiving product. Offered to pay 45% back without return. Found others online that never received the % back, so disputing thru Capital One. Not resolved yet. 3 charges on my credit card.
