I bought a jacket from an ad on Instagram. When it arrived, it was NOTHING like what was advertised. When I contacted the email address on my receipt- they attempted to offer 30% refund to which I declined. Then they offered 50% refund and I can keep the jacket (I DON'T WANT IT!) and this would be better for me as "shipping charges would be $40+ dollars." I said no, I want a full refund and to send this jacket back. Then they offered a 70% refund as their "final offer".
