I received a call from a person claiming to be from the IRS saying there was a serious amount about my taxes. They said if I do not call the number back they provided within the next 24 hours, I would have a warrant out for my arrest.

Caller was officer Ryan Miller badge# IRM900654128. Said I owed taxes due to error $6986. Had maiden name and frmr address for me. Said he was located in Washington DC. I played along, asked how to pay it. Xfer me to senior supervisor Kevin Brown who told me to get in my car, drive to my bank and call him back at same number for further instructions. He could not take cc/debit/check for payment.

They left a message saying I had a warrant for my arrest. I called back because I knew it was false. The man that answered could barely speak English and yelled at me to hang up if I didn't believe he was with the IRS. So, I hung up.

A woman called me and said she was IRS and that she was calling me about 10 years of tax evasion. She said that she had a warrant and I was about to get arrested if I didn't pay.

In was informed in a very thick accent that there are charges against me and he referenced several constitutional amendments and then said I was going to be "put in handcuffs and dragged away" because I questioned his authority to press charges against me.

At 4:34 pm May 7, 2018 I got a call from a number I didn't recognize, let it go to the answering machine. When I listened the caller said this is the IRS and want to tell you we have file a lawsuit against you. Said I needed to call the number given and give SS# as they "didn't have it".

I was called by someone claiming to be irs(it was automated) when I returned call they wanted my name and number and I asked to talk to his supervisor he said he was the supervisor, I asked again he said he didn’t have one. I told him he was a liar and I wanted his name. He said officer (but I wasn’t able to understand his name). He hung up. I returned the call to see if it was the same thing. It was and by that time he was inappropriate. A few calls later he began calling me back, on numbers like”911” and “100”,”00”the original # 13605157937, his name he said is James conroy

Richard Smith states he is from the IRS and I have been on the list for collections from 2002-2008 and they are sending the police to lock me up. He states that his employee ID#63832 and my case#5512076. Then he asked if I had a savings account. I said no and he hung up.

The call came in at 10:06am today, 05/03/18. They said: This is officer Michelle White with the IRS and this is your final notice before you'll be sent to jail for lack of tax payments. If you continue to avoid this call you will be arrested.
