I ordered an expensive clothing item from this brand in December 2025 and all I received was a confirmation email. I never received a tracking update, never received my clothing item, never received a refund or even a response from the business owner after contacting them through email and instagram multiple times asking for an update and/or a refund. I purchased using an online payment system not my direct bank account and attempted to dispute the purchase but my claim was denied because the business owner decided to respond to them and claim that they were still fulfilling the order but here we are in August of 2026 and still no update or fulfillment. There are dozens of people on the business instagram claiming the same problem but they delete or hide certain comments claiming that they’re a scam and the owner now has his personal page on private so that people will stop commenting.
