I bought two handmade bags,

They looked beautiful on the website. They were pictured as 3D and hand made by a craft person in a southern state.

What I got was a printed bag not 3D and not hand made.

They gave me $26.55 back on this order, but I don't think they were worth what paid. They were shipped from Hong Kong.

They offered me a refund if "I" paid shipping and handling to Hong Kong!

What a ripoff! I'm so disappointed and frustrated.
