I paid 3000 to buy_a_car_from_marcus on instagram and didn't receive my car. I was told that I had to pay $1500 down payment. I had to spend $400 for a delivery fee, $500 for pre-inspection and insurance fees, $600 for narcotic stickers. And was informed that the company can't refund me and nor will I receive my car.

I am a college student and am out of all my money for my car. They say they aren't able to refund me unless I pay $200 deliverance fee from them keeping the car in storage
