Was texted and said i was approved for a loan then said i needed to pay first installment up front then was told i needed to pay taxes on the loan then i was told needed to send 500 dollars to wester union so that the funds could be deposited into my account

a company by the name of instant loan America refuses to give me my refund after I they admitted information went ahead and took my money making believe that it was it was going to happen and when we took my money they came out with that I have to pay them another amount for taxes on whatever it was that they were going to lend me I told them there's no way that I'm going to come up with that money I just got served with my addiction papers it says on their advertisement that you know they they're 100% like they'll give you the refund if you don't get the loan well they're refusing to give me my 124 back.
