Inmatecarepackage.net is a whole scam. First of all they make you pay by cashapp or any other cash transferring apps. They say they're not taking credit/debit cards. They place your order on hold until you pay but even after I paid they continued to send me emails saying I havent paid. I requested a refund through my cashapp since that's how I paid and inmatecarepackage.net declined my refund but they are STILL sending me emails saying I havent paid. I ordered and paid for the care package 2 weeks ago. The first time I thought I did something wrong so stupidly I ordered another one not thinking this website might be a scam. It wasnt until I couldn't find a number or an address to these people that I thought this was a scam. I've been emailing these people for a solid week now. Every day I send multiple emails requesting my money back. They dont get back to you at all just more automated email replies.

My husband is an inmate at El Paso county annex I tried to send him food which was a i care Package try this site I’ve been told from ppl that visit their loved ones well I found this site on line and the took my money never sent him anything so I needed ppl to know this is happening to families that are trying to take of their loved ones in jail this is not right I did also contact my bank and the local news to report this scams horrible people out there like we are no in distress enough to be snaked this way

Website States inmate care packages to send to loved ones incarcerated. Food packages and personal hygiene packages can be sent to inmates. I picked out a package. the package was supposed to be received by the inmate within 2 to 3 business days. It is now been a week and a half and the inmate has not received the package. I emailed that business and got an email back stating I would be contacted during business hours. No one ever contacted me during business hours. I called the customer service phone number listed several times. always received a message that no customer service agents were available at this time please leave your name and email address. No one has ever answered the phone. I sent several more emails requesting information about my order I received the same exact email as the first email I received with just a different tracking number on it. There is no way to use the tracking number how to read. I have not received any information about my order or talk to a live person.
