I ordered an inmate care package, & had to cancel it because the jail only allows packages from certain websites. I canceled it a few hours later. I emailed them to ask about a refund, all emails I contact are fake. The contact number is not good either. I still haven’t received a refund!

I order my inmate a package and I paid by money order in November of 2020 and I or he is yet to see it..the company emailed me stating that it was shipped a month later in January of this year...I continued to check it and it stated pending for almost 6 months..long story short my fiance just last week told me it said it was delivered..but he is yet to see it...and its June of 2021...I have called and emailed 15 times it feels like...wow

I just got scammed! I did basically the same thing everyone else did. These people need to be shut down! I know I probably won’t get my money back . Payed for inmate package threw zelle and never recieved package and they took my money i payed 153.95 i keep sending proof of purchace and they keep sending back messages that i did not pay but the money was taken what can i due to resolve this problem.

The site sucks it’s still $84 for me then lied and said it sent the package when it didn’t send anything just so that way you could try to fight me get my money back and everything that they say on the reviews is true because there’s no way to get your money back from anyone because all the way they use for you to Pay are all places that don’t insurer guarantee any other money because it instantly sent then when I paid him and send him a care package but then when I looked at my ledger it said it went to some lady that I’ve never even heard of I hope somebody goes to Florida and beats the [censored] out of the newly owns this business and if anybody is using his moving business they probably are stealing from them left and right to so you should probably get on his moving business to and report it because more than likely if you scam people out of money at this way he scamming everybody every which way possible anytime you have somebody that owns a business that people are talking about them scamming people and they don’t get on there and come with her self or defend her self you know they’re on bull[censored] you would think messing around with people that are in prison that would give you the current idea of the type of people they’re getting ripped off so you would think somebody who wanted to rip off people there and Prison would think to themselves that maybe that might come back to haunt them so eventually they’re gonna rip off somebody who lives in Palm Beach it’s gonna show up at his house and [censored] his [censored] up because they don’t care about going back to prison because that’s how they ended up in prison in the first place because if I lived in Florida I’d [censored] his [censored] up myself but I’m definitely not paying $1000 to go all the way down to Florida from Kansas City Missouri for an $84 debtBut I hope somebody gets his [censored] he lives in Florida and I don’t give a [censored] who knows it because the police and doing [censored] about it the government ain’t doing [censored] about it the Internet ain’t doing [censored] about it the Better Business Bureau and doing [censored] about it so every day mother[censored]ers just gonna [censored] off their money and this dude just walks away laughing at all of us like we’re a bunch of [censored] people on these review say we should team together and do something now what we should do as well you should send somebody down To beat the [censored] out that dude every single time somebody write a review on here for being scammed so all the Florida convex that a grab ripped off at their money or their families I’ve got ripped off I hope y’all can handle that because if he lived in Kansas City it be his [censored] just keeping it real

I ordered from this company to send a care package to a loved one who is incarcerated. The company did not deliver and will not respond to any of my attempts of communication. This company is a scam. They got me for $54.28! I have seen other complaints about the same company. I hope some of these reviews can prevent others from being scammed!

I Got Taken For 600$. There has to be something that can be done! OK Robert Rahrle owns the Inmate Package business. He also owns Reliable Movers in West Palm Beach FL. Their number is 561-440-2821. When I called they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. There is also a number 1-800-922-0273 listed for reliable movers that says it is based out of Port St Lucie FL. I called it also,and the lady who answered said it was a spa in GA. I gave her my phone number,as I have this Robert guy through e-mail,text,voicemail,and linked in. If you have been scammed by him,I would contact your local police Dept.and file a complaint. I contacted the West palm Beach Sheriffs office and Police Dept.and filed a report,for myself. They told me to also file with my local Police Dept. I did that also. You can also contact the BBB,as he is using their logo Illegally,and make a complaint there. Also,because times are hard,and money is tight,and I am Mad as H#ll,I am going to call all 3 numbers and leave messages until they the numbers,or he is put of his scam business and put in jail. Then I hope he knows how it feels to wait in a prison for something he is never going to get. I am amazed that no one else has ever looked into this before. It was not too hard to figure out once I started calling numbers. I was ripped off $356, used this site. I bought sweatpants, sweatshirts, snacks, socks, you name it . . .everything that my loved one would need. They told me I had to pay by Zelle to pay, so I did. I had to send money to someone name $Fred. He seem to be very nice and caring as I was very upset over my loved one being incarcerated. I had never sent a care package to anyone in prison before so I thought it was legitimate. When my loved one didn’t get his package overnight, I tried calling them and the Telephone number was no longer in service. They then sent me another email stating that they would not send my package unless I pay them the $356 again. I reported the scam to my bank and had to change my passwords. It’s really sad when people pray on those who are devastated by a loved one being incarcerated. God will curse them seven fold.

I bought a care package yesterday from this site immediately a man called my phone and told me that their debit/ credit card was machine was down and I could pay cash app. After I paid 90.00 we hung up I tried to call back and his phone went straight to voicemail here we are the next day and my never received the package. The cash app name was Fred. And the phone number was out of FL i'am not even working due to the pandemic that was my only money I had and just wanted to do something nice for my son. What heartless people?

I ordered a package and paid via zelle on 11/19! Here it is 1/2 still nothing. They went so far as to give me a confirmation number THEN told me there was a hold up due to non payment, and required me to pay again! These people are nothing but crooks and belong where the people they are supposed to be delivering to! Do NOT use their service unless you wish to get ripped off! Criminals of the worst kind, preying on those in need. I cannot express my distain for these [censored]s!

Wow! I just ordered form this site and I was wondering why they kept saying package pending and to pay via zelle even tho I sent it. Then I came across these reviews.. and I can’t believe I was scammed of $121.89 it was my last. I was trying to help my brother. This is wrong on so many levels.. how is this site still up!? ? then they said that Freddie is the manager name because that’s the name that shows up under the email. I am disgusted by these people... ?
