I purchased $113.56 in product from them to be delivered to my brother who is an inmate. They have not shipped the items and when I log into the account it states that payment is pending even though I made the payment via cash app. They do not have a phone number to contact anyone just a chat box and when using it there is no response, ever. This is a major fraud and I am sure these evil people have collected thousands if not more of dollars from people. Please do not use this website. (Website only lists "Cheyenne, WY 82001" as an address and email address as "[email protected]")

Website states they will deliver to incarcerated individual. I realized two days after i placed order and uploaded money order to website that the company is fake. They kept sending emails that money order was pending. A month later they said items mailed. Thank goodness i stopped money order quickly and was able to get most of my money back minus $18.00 fee to cancel money order. There website popped up on my screen when I was searching local county explanation of how to order items to be delivered to someone that’s incarcerated.

Purchased items from inmate care packages website To send to a relative. The company requested payment either through Zelle, money order, or cashup. I sent a money order to The address listed at their website. Inmate never received the item. The company even allowed you to enter the facility name to confirm whether or not they service that particular facility. There was no contact information other than email So there was no one to speak with. Plan to contact the Attorney General and postmaster general in Florida where they scammer has a PO Box..

I ordered some clothing items, food and hygiene products for my brother. He was suppose to get them by Christmas. Ordered on 12/22/21 paid by money order through my bank $104.15. Check was cashed 12/29/21 by a West Palm Beach Bank. Tried to contact them 3 times through email. They send an email saying they need more info, when I send it, I don't hear back. Haven't received any package at all. I want my money back and that business closed!

I did the same for a close friend ordered items and also phone time 140$ total which I sent thru zelle ...After which I received an email stating they needed more information ...I realized shortly after something didn't seem right and saw all the scam alerts ...I immediately called my bank and was told I couldn't get my money back because I sent it thru Zelle ...my question is why is this business still up in the first place with so many complaints and targeting already families in a vulnerable situation ! Honestly it's disgusting and something needs to be done before more families are scammed...!

The money order was then mailed to Florida as requested. It’s now December 2021, no delivery. There are a few websites when it comes to this .a friend of mine was recently in trouble with the law and got arrested.he didn't mention to me that there's only1 true company that does this .I gift.com is the one that is recommended.because when I told him that I had to get a money order he thought it odd .so when he called me I red a article about this company and a lot of people didn't receive what they were ordered or and kind of explanation as to what happened.

I have been trying to reach customer service to cancel a order the day after I made the purchase. I have received no response back I have sent text and emailed. Also searched for a support number. It says on my account page that it will not cancel order 4349 because it has been processed. This order has not even been shipped yet. I am not receiving any response back and I see this as fraudulent charges.

They send me a text with the link to pay thru cash app and it first said ICP AND once I cashapp them the money the name switch to Alvin. This is a scam to take peoples money for inmates. there’s no phone number I’ve send over 10 emails request and text to the number they have on their website and they don’t even answer

www.icaregiftonline.com is a scam! they imposter selling inmate care packages similar to a legit site. They request your payment in form of money order or Zelle to expedite the shipping. They send texts and emails to confirm order but there is NOT an actuall store nor warehouse. PLEASE CONTACT ZELLE AND FEDERAL COMPLAINT THROUGH ZELLE!

I purchased items for someone in Harris County. I was told to make the payment through Zelle. I made the payment and the money was deducted from my bank account the same hour. This was on August 23rd. As of today(Sept. 3) My family member still has not received his packages, neither have I been able to get in touch with the company. I sent them 3 emails in regards to my problem. As of today I still have not received any response. This website does not have any addresses or phone numbers, I could only reach them through their email address. This should have been a red flag. But I was excited that they the usual packages that the Harris County jail offers, along with a few different items that I knew my grandson would have loved.

I ordered a care package GRAND SIGNATURE CARE PACKAGE for my son on 9/1/21. I paid through Zelle which was what the site suggested. My bank released the payment of $45.99 on the same day. I received confirmation of order, but my order NEVER SHIPPED. THE SITE DOESN'T OFFER A PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMERS. I got this number from the better business bureau. Please don’t order from this site. SCAM SCAM SCAM. It’s a shame that people find so many ways to steal from hard working people.
