Icare packages scam.

I've attached screenshots of the emails I've received from the website. What I ordered was never delivered even though I got an email saying it was and I was charged for it and just want to know what I can do to get my money refunded back.please help I also attached screenshots showing where I paid through cashapp and where I reported it as a scam and requested a refund but no response. If you could please email me or contact me by phone I'd really appreciate it thank you

FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FTC

If you haven’t placed an order with them DON’T. If you have already placed an order with them PLEASE file a complaint with the FTC (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/) and your state’s attorney general’s office.

On June 6th I placed an order for next day delivery. The order total was $66.13 which was paid via Cashapp. I received a follow-up email on the 6th confirming they’d received proof of my Cashapp payment and another on June 7th stating the order had shipped. On June 10th I received a final email confirming delivery. Today is June 15th and my loved one has not received their item. The facility has no record at all have the package ever arriving to there nor do they have a record of refusing the package (they have to keep track of EVERYTHING). I have never received any tracking information from this company. I have attempted to contact them to ask for proof of delivery but they are unresponsive via phone and email. Because I paid via Cash App I cannot dispute the transaction with my bank. And apparently i can’t dispute it through Cash App either. This is undoubtedly a scam and that’s why they only accept Cash App payments. They know that as the consumer you have no recourse for a refund or dispute. I have filed a complaint with Google and asked that they remove the site or at the very least not sponsor it (I trusted the site despite the red flags because it was a Google sponsored link!). I’ve also filed a complaint with the FTC and the Illinois Attorney General office.

Fraudulent care packages

I ordered an inmate package for 23.00. I sent 25.00. I had to pay via cash app and the money was accepted immediately. I received an alert that the web site inmate-packages.com is a possible scam after my purchase. I sent a message through cash app with a request for my money back and it was declined. I filled out a refund request form and it was not replied to. I contacted the phone number 561-375-2579 that came through when I placed the order and got only a thank you for the message. I have tracked my order on the website and it hasn’t started processing yet, I took pictures of the cash app transaction and the order. I did research and found that they state they are MH, INC. out of Cheyenne,Wyoming at 3820 Central Ave….. it’s someone’s house ( very nice one with a purple chair on porch even). They are doing business as inmate-packages.com. The cash app user you pay Prisoner Packs has a hash tag name $exoticworksoff but multiple names to hide identity as well, like $swaygo7. This person or people have copied and made a website look completely legit, right down to the terms and conditions contract that they broke as soon as they made they site; that makes the whole thing null and void. I have copies of the transaction, google maps address they state in their fake policy, I have photos of that voided policy. I have copies of the text message with the phone number I got from them, as well as emails. I can post if needed. I have attached the proof of order, what was ordered, payment and who it went to. I’ve attached the documents of the business they say they are the actual location photo of that business address. I have attached the text message with the phone number as well.

Shop Care Packages for Inmates

So on Feb. 21st 2023 I made an online purchase for an "inmate care package" for the amount of $25.88 via Cashapp. I was told/ was expecting a delivery to be made to an inmate located at The Central California Womens Facility. After filling out a form online I sent $25.88 via Cashapp. "To prisoner packs".
Which later turned into $balling 1743 Cashapp account, aka Bambi13. After making a purchase they say to check your email for order status and to verify your order by submitting "proof of purchase". By uploading a pic of a money order? After several attempts and no response to runaround emails. It then clicked in my head, after doing some research I find that I am not alone and it seems to be several reports against this website indeed confirming them to be a dirty scam. So here's my Complaint/Report on this stupid fake [censored] Scam. Thank you for reading.

Only use the approved care package provider at the county website. These people are evil. You will never hear from them again. I paid $32 for a package just to test it out because my ex sent me the wrong link. I trusted it since I thought she had ordered from them before, so I ignored some of the red flags. I paid CashApp, and didn't notice the account was a personal name, not a company. I have them blocked now and reported as a scam on Cashapp, but they'll just change the name again and I expect no refund.

1st Order made Saturday 12/17/22 order # 68183 holiday joy paid through cash app amount $43.44. order was canceled Somehow. Option given to reorder same package same day 12/17/22 . 2nd payment was made for $43.44 no order #. Many tickets was summited due to no order number, refund for the canceled order and proof of payments were sent. Monday 12/19/22 a notification from inmate care package messaged me to provide proof of payments and verify address. I ordered the package to get a order # 68476.. still No one would contact me. Just ticket numbers after ticket numbers. Same message reply with provide payment over again
I just want all my all funds refunded ASAP.

I went through a website legit Virginia inmate care packages.com, I paid through my cash app which was indicated by a text message by this person or company that was portraying themselves to be legit not knowing so paid the money. And when I found out about the scam was when I actually Googled for a customer service phone number and got the legit one and the person that I spoke to on the phone helping me make my order for an inmate package had told me that this has not been the first time that she had heard of this happening and it had been happening since last month September 2022. The lady that I had spoken to that had told me about this had also told me that it was told to her that the website portraying themselves to look like legit actually really looks legit and anybody will not know the difference until it's too late. I have reported this through the cash app customer service. I have lost that money they say that they are still looking into it I'm still waiting for that confirmation email from the manager and the team that is involved and doing the investigating on this matter.

I have been chatting with a death row inmate in Florida. I wanted to do something nice for him and was looking to send him food to the prison. I did a search and this website popped up. I picked two packages to send to my inmate friend and then went I went to check out, there was nowhere to enter credit card information. It wanted payment in the form of Zelle, Cash App, bitcoin or Money Order. I should have known better but not really thinking, I sent the money through zelle for the order $60.00. I keep getting emails to pay for my order which I have done. I am not sending them any more money. I also found this disclaimer on their website.

When searching for a product for an inmate on a legitimate website, the Inmate Care Package found the desired product on their website. I ordered it and the only form of payments were money order or Zelle. In a weak moment to get what my son needed, I paid by Zelle. Immediately and still getting them, I received emails telling me the package I ordered is on hold pending proof of payment. I attempted to cancel the Zelle - of course it is not reversible!!

Inmate care packages is a fraud website!!! It’s a scam!! Please don’t use !’ I wanted to purchase a care package for an inmate in Pennsylvania from Inmate care packages. THey had me Zelle money to them using the inmate name as the recipient then as email and then Kenyatta to confirm transfer.. my bank statement shows money going to Kenyatta. They will send you an email with instructions from inmates packages [email protected] with instructions on how to pay. Number 1 red flag it doesn’t except credit cards only wire transfers or money orders. Number 2 the email associated with the Zelle payment is a gmail account. Number 3 no contact phone number.
