Called Canon printer support and spoke with David Jackson ID #0439, he was with Quiken Support. He stated the McAfee security program we have on the computer was not strong or good enough for protection, that there were multiple foreign computers that were using our IP address and into our computer. He installed a firewall and I paid $499.99 for this service, it was good for 5 years, no need to renew the McAfee when it is due, to call the Infinity Tek Solutions every 2 months for them to clean the computer.
