This guy named Peter Anderson called me then started text messaging he wants 1500 dollars for taxes then I will get paper work and such

I was supposedly selected for a prize of a truck and had to register with my credit card and was told initially that I would not be charged and it was just for registration but the link did not follow suite with the company and was directed to something totally different. I have screenshots of the conversation and there is no way to report these people over social media and get these accounts blocked from extorting money from other people. Now my card information is at their beck and call and I am not comfortable with that.
