My girlfriend sent me an Instagram post featuring their products (plush bunny characters), we immediately decided to make a purchase and I got her 3 of them. Whenever we would check Shop (the delivery tracking company) it would always and still does say "Waiting for Details." After further research discovered it is a scam company. We are currently in the process of trying to get a refund.
