Our Business received a invoice and a w9 that included our company name address phone number and a employees name. the invoice is for 4 toners plus shipping & handling with a fedex tracking number that shows when tracked to have been shipped from woodland ca and delivered to lancaster pa. We did not order anything from this company and we did not receive anything from this company. We have a contract for all of our printers and supplies and it is not with this company. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Scammer called one of our nursing homes and pretended to be our representative from the copier company. Obtained our model number and sent us an invoice for $ 1889.50 for toner. Toner is included as part of our contract and we would never receive or order toner over the phone

Received an invoice for toner cartridges we never ordered and never received. Had a FedEx tracking number from April that showed a delivery hundreds of miles away.

Somewhat sophisticated operation that has some type of hackers, because they knew our copier model number even though I never told anyone, but not sophisticated enough to show a fake delivery in the right zip code.
