This company will take money from your credit card. There product does not work. They are very resistant to giving me any information about their company ie: business number, names of management. Legal working name. All of these should be available upon request. DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THIS SO CALLED COMPANY

Offer of FREE trial of anti-aging skin product.

The product of course, did not do what it claimed... online video must have featured special effects!

Returned product as per arrival instruction, before deadline.

Charged full price for product on next credit card statement.

Called to inquire, was advised that they had not had time to locate all the returned product in the warehouse, but that now they checked, had received, and would issue refund. I confirmed cancellation of my 'subscription' to the product.

After a month I still had no refund, so called again. This time they said that since I had not called with a postal tracking number before the deadline I had not completed my part of the contract. They refused refund. When I challenged them and suggested I would write a poor review or alert the ScamPulse.com they came back with an offer of a 30% refund. This for a product that they had never shipped. Their final offer was to send the product with free shipping.

I believe I have successfully canceled any future transactions, but am alarmed that they were able to simply refuse a refund when I had fulfilled my part of the contract.

I replied to an advertisement on Facebook on February 10/17 for a free trial of Image-Revive face cream. As soon as I finished filling out the form the phone rang and it was someone from Image-Revive informing me of the details which are as follows:

14 day trial period for the product Image Revive and 18 days trial period for the product Face Replen in which the customer has the privilege of using a product for the cost of shipping and handling at this time. Then, after the trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle received during your trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product. A customer is not obligated to continue automatic shipments and can request cancellation at any time.

Before the fourteen day trial period was up on I phoned to tell them I did not want any further shipments. I spoke to a guy there and since I had not yet received the product he said he'd extend the trial period to March 12, 2017.

I phoned the customer service number 855-456-1836 several times on March 11th and there was no response. I also sent three e-mails cancelling any further shipments and when I finally got through on the phone it was too late,

I was informed no e-mails had been received nor was I able to contact them by phone so I would be charged and not receive any further shipments of the product. The initial charges were $164.21 IDLOVEHELP.COM WATFORD GBR GBR and $156.96 XTRAVOLTCUSTOMER.COM DONEGAL IRL IRL (Those are the names on my credit card statement) I received an e-mail stating they would give me a credit of $47.09 and $49.26. In the end I paid $224.83 for four ounces of face cream. Here is a copy of the e-mail they sent me

You will notice the different numbers for customer support! The numbers keep changing and I believe that's why I could not contact customer support.

WARNING:

Stay away from www.image-revive.com. They are frauds that use an auto ship system and keep charging your credit card after without notifying you.

Sign up for trial offer on facebook. should have known better. The product was from Renuvica and Nuvella, They billed me as Active Skin Health and Exquisite Skin. I had a 30 day trial before being billed. They Shipped on March 14 and Billed me March 27 and 31. I callled April 9 to let them know the 30 day period was not up, and that I did not even receive my product prior to them billing me $293.24. They at that time told me the company name was Healthy Nutrition. To me this is fraud.

It took 3 weeks for the product to show up at my door. I tried one of the products, which did not work for my skin condition. I called on April 9 to let them know it did not work for me and I would like to return the product and get my refund as they stated. I was told they would not refund the money.

I ordered Free (pay $4.95 postage) samples of Image Revive & Face Replen on line. I didn't mind the additional US fees, I expected that. I did not expect, however, that a membership ( which I didn't sign or agree to) was effective with my order. It cost me hundreds. I called Clearamedinfo.com, and was informed there was no return and no full refund; It was their policy! Luckily, I was within the 14 day trial period; my credit card statement came just in time. I managed to get 30% refund on my purchase, I will watch my credit card to ensure the money is refunded and watch for future withdrawals from this company as well. Lesson learned with wrinkle creams; Beware !

I signed up for a "free sample" of an Image Revive product supposedly given away by Costco Pharmacy on the 16th February, no strings attached. There was NO indication that there was an ongoing commitment amounting to $149.93 pm on the webpage I visited and no indication that I was dealing with anyone else other than Costco.

I reviewed my credit card statement and saw that an amount of $149.93 had been debited against the card on the 2nd March. I immediately phoned my bank and was advised to contact Costco and phone the number I retrieved from a Google search for glowplushelp.com and maxiclearinfo.com (the 2 names who charged my credit card) identical phone numbers leading to Image Revive. I phoned Image Revive who initially refused a refund then offered me 25% and finally 50% off the product. I refused and returned their product unharmed; they have acknowledged the receipt thereof but insist on only refunding 50%.

I closed my credit card account after talking to the bank, reported the matter to the RCMP anti-fraud Centre.

I reject their offer for the following reasons.

1) The product was sold under the Costco Pharmacy logo which led one to believe that came from a reputable company. They broke the law by doing that.

2) The Image Revive website has in its fine print a reference to a 14 day trial period but this is not the website I was led to to sign up for this "free trial" sample, the website only asked for a credit card number to pay for the shipping.

3) I returned the product which they acknowledge they have received in good condition so they have not been harmed in any way, it is outrageous to want payment for nothing.

I reported the scam to the:-

CAFC Fraud Reporting System

False advertising, ad states free trial offer customer only pays S&H. I did apply for free trial of image revive facial cream and provided C.C. # to cover S&H. To my dismay when I received my C.C. Stm I note charges for $149.93 and $10.49 from the company. When I contacted them, they were dismissive even when I advised them I would return product they still stated they could not do a full refund (?????).

The ad was on my MSN home page, claiming to be a product sponsored by Dragon's Den investors. The ad offered a trial sized face cream for free, with a shipping and handling fee request added after clicking onto the product's web page. This is not a purchase I'd normally make, but, decided to give this a try. I clicked on the link for the free sample, entered my information on the web form and clicked on the order link. This led to an additional sample product, offered for free, to be sent along with the initially offered product. There was nothing on this web page to allow me to decline, so I accepted the additional offer. This is where I ran into some difficulty, as I had second thoughts and wanted to cancel my order, but couldn't. Then, I wanted to print my transaction and was unable. I received emails from this company, confirming my order, indicating shipping and handling fees would be $5.79 and $7.69. However, my charges were quite a bit higher than this. Which is alarming as I did NOT authorize any other purchases. My items arrived, there were three items; a jar of face cream and two dispensers of face with pumps that didn't function. This is because there were no tubes attached to the pumps for dispensing the lotions. I called the company and notified them of the issues and they said they'd be sending me replacements. I asked about sending the dysfunctional dispensers back, the Customer Service Rep declined, saying it wasn't necessary. At this point, I'd not discovered I'd been overcharged. I did NOT see anything about signing on for a membership, and, did NOT agree to a membership for receiving further products from this company. The web site does NOT provide any indication of membership, nor any indication that there are extra charges involved. And when I did attempt to find further information, it was NOT available on this web site while navigating this web site. There was no method for cancellation, declining further products, or backing tracking to modify the order. As mentioned earlier, I couldn't even print the order page from it. I am really hoping posting this will help others not be seriously injured, monetarily, by this scam. I attached a screen shot of the company's product being offered on their web site.

This company sells you on the idea to get sent a trial sized sample of their product and you only need to pay shipping charges. If you don't pay attention to your bank account details they will start billing you $149.93 monthly and you receive no products from them.

I have just tried to cancel any further charges to my bank account now that I know its them taking money out of my account for a subscription I never received (I have only received my trail sample size when I fell for their scam ad). Now 2 hours after I got the confirmation my dealings with this company has been closed, I get an email from Canada Post informing me an electronic shipping label has just been created. My first email about any sort of shipping detail since they started scamming my bank account 2 months ago.

I was online and saw a Costco ad regarding free samples. So I thought okay, Costco is a good company, but once you click on it, it has you pick your free samples and there would be a small postage charge, so it sends you to a Credit card site to enter. Then you receive a conformation and that's where I saw these drop down boxes stating, once you ordered the free samples you have enrolled in their scam and they will auto charge you. I immediately called, phone out of service. So I emailed, just got an email saying I have to talk to a live person to cancel, all phone numbers are out of service. I have cancelled my Credit card and will return to sender anything being shipped.

This company scams innocent people like myself. They offer a free trial and when I canceled on time they still charged my credit card. The trial was for two small trial size products, each $4.99. You have 30 days to cancel if you don't like it. I canceled in 15 days, they ended up charging me for the two... the one called "face Replen" $161.35 and "RVtouch" cream $154.23. I told them I want my money credited back to my credit card and they haven't responded in weeks after many emails. When I call they say sorry they cant' help me.

Totaling $315.58! This is outrageous!

Will send you free products from Costco warehouse if you pay the postage then debit your credit card which you have used to pay the postage. I have gotten half (80.87) back but am still fighting for 80.68 I did not tick a box OR agree to any contract etc. Thought it was legit as I had just ordered a T.V. from Costco

I ordered image revive and face replen from an ad for a free trial, only pay shipping but my credit card was charged for shipping and $135 Canadian for each item! I immediately phoned and was told that I missed the deadline and had to pay the full amount. I didn't even know there was a deadline. I hadn't even opened the containers. I was told No refund and there was nothing they would do. I think this is a very devious way of doing business.

This scam goes for soo long I discovered many reports online

I clicked on a Facebook ad to receive a "free gift" and signed up for a "free trial" for face cream. Unknown to me, I was signed up on a subscription to receive this cream for over $300 a month.

I ordered a FREE TRIAL beauty product advertised on line as it has been touted to be one of Dragon's Den deals of the century. Products name:- Image Revive and Face Replen.... there was a 30 day guarantee on the products, customer pays for shipping and handling ONLY to obtain the sample products. I received no confirmation e-mails or transit confirmation. I did not receive the product until 15 days after the order date... thereby I did not even have the opportunity to try the product. I noticed that a payment had been taken out of my account on the morning of the 15th and was informed that I was on an Auto Ship program (which I had not agreed to). Later that same day a 2nd payment was taken out which made a total of over $300.00 out of my account. I phoned the company immediately only to have a representative tell me that I can not get the money back as I had not Cancelled BEFORE the 15th day as per their policy. I asked to return the product and was told they do not accept "Returns" and I would be charged a Restocking Fee as well as the Shipping and Handling fees for any return. The representative refused to let me speak to a Manager/Supervisor. The support representative suggested I should have read the Terms and Conditions...which I had trouble finding anywhere on any of the Websites (3 in all) or product Pricing list. I assumed that when the product arrived I would get a complete catalogue of prices, product ingredients and usage guidelines. The package contained only 2 bottles of product and NO information, packing slips, billing information or order forms. I CANCELLED any further orders or contact.

I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one and change my Bank Account to stop any more unauthorized payments from going through my account.

I saw on Face Book and ad for Christie Brinkley's Face Replen and Image Revive, free samples! I filled out the form then a woman called me 5 minutes later. I canceled the order right there and then. A package came in the mail, 10 days later. I had to pay $15. for the mail delivery. The package had "NO RETURN ADDRESS". A month later, my son received a Visa bill for more than $300. I did not give permission for this rip off company to charge anything to my sons Visa card. This company gives on line buying a bad name. Shame on them.

I bought a facial cream for $31.49 CDN. I was not given a statement or invoice. I received the product along with a 30 day trial product that I was not aware of. When I looked at my bank statement I see a $150 dollar purchase for this facial cream. I call the customer service person and find out that I was automatically enrolled into a monthly purchase of $109 every month. I was very upset I did not agree to this, I talked to the Manager James Foster and he said that he would not refund my money even if I returned the product. I am just shocked that he was not able to refund or provide a statement of my account for this purchase.

So I was checking my email and an add came up for a free trial of a product from Costco. All I had to do was pay for the shipping. My wife recognized that she had been scammed the same way for the same thing but it was supposedly a free gift from our internet provider. Only to find out that it was an auto ship and she was charged 280.00 for the original shipment as well. Her credit card company did not want to help with this as they said she had provided her credit card number so they did not see this as a scam.

My wife ordered some free beauty product samples from a web page which was advertised in *** and those were supposed to be *** brand but seems like they were in reality Image Revive brand and the only cost was supposed to be for shipping and handling, and the payment was made with credit card.

After a month they made two new credit card charges (161 CAD and 156 CAD) and the charges came actually from some other companies (idealbalanceandbeauty and detoxdplusinfo). The following month yet another charge 161 CAD because they sent a new product we never ordered.

We called the Image Revive company where they claimed that small print had 14 days trial only mentioned, and they also claimed that they sent a confirmation email which they never did. They promised only to refund 50% of the latest delivery (which was sent since we were members now) but nothing they could refund for the earlier payments because it was over 30 days and that was their "policy". So, the "membership" was cancelled.

Called the credit card company, cancelled the credit card and disputed all those payments.

Looks like over 10 scam reports within 2 months for the same company.
