I was under the impression that I was simply ordering a sample of their product and to pay shipping fees only...NOT enrolling in any kind of membership that requires a deduction from my credit card. I was fine with paying the shipping fee for my sample as advertised. There were many places on the ad that stated "Rush my Trial", especially where you are prompted to fill in name, address, phone and email address, which I did. When I received my sample order the box contained only a packing slip and instructions how to use. On my November credit card statement there was 2 charges for shipping. On my December statement there were 2 charges....one for $161.35 and $154.23. Of course I was shocked!! I never agreed to these charges on my account.

My credit card company gave me their phone number so I could call them and of course I got a telemarketer...it was very loud in there and the person I spoke to had an accent which I found hard to understand and he kept reading off a script because he would say the same thing over and over.

I asked to speak to his supervisor...he put me on hold...took about 10 minutes before the supervisor came on the line. I explained my situation and he said I had 30 days to return product. I told him I didn't know anything about this..and I only found out about these charges by my credit card statement. After arguing with him, going back and forth, he finally agreed to give me a full credit on the 161.35 charge and a 75% credit on the other and I was to return one of the products, which I did the very next day and just to keep the other product. They already sent another one of the products, I asked if I should return the one that was coming and he said just to keep it and not to bother sending it back My January statement comes and there are 2 credits for 161.35 and 107.96 PLUS a another charge for 161.35 for the one that they had already sent and I was told to keep and not to bother returning. I called the call centre and was told that I have to pay for it...I told them I would send it back for a credit. Of course they said no and they do not take returns (I already sent one back and they had given me a Return Merchandise number.) Another supervisor is suppose to call me back...no one has called. I think I have been scammed!!

I just wanted to report a beauty product scam ( Image Revive) similar to your recent report that offers free products for just shipping costs and then charges your credit card for hundreds of dollars a few days later. I am surprised to hear that their warehouse is located in Toronto and they are operating in Canada.

I contacted the company when I saw charges on my credit card statement and they immediately issued me an RMA to return both products and assured a full refund minus stocking fees. They did receive the product on Dec 30th (tracking available). I waited for 14 days and till no refund. When I contacted them they told us that now they have changed their policy and are only able to refund 50% of the charges.

Your help if possible is most appreciated.

You sign up to get a sample product (15ml) and agree to pay shipping and handling. Right away they charge your credit card for over $300 and keep charging until you cancel. Even then they will continue to charge your credit card unless you contact the credit card company with the cancellation number. They also will not refund any money they have charged!

The website advertises to sign up for a free trial. Once the person has signed up for a free trial, this company continues to debt a credit card. When I called they insisted I had signed up for a monthly product. I did not such thing. They can not or will not provide documentation of my having supposedly signed up for a monthly product. In addition, this product is stupidly expensive. over $300 for a small bottle of nothing.

I have called 3 times and have been waiting for over a week to receive and email confirming I have been removed from this monthly fee.

offer of free 30 day sample .. pay only 3.95 shipping, website offers other products as you provide credit card info,, forces other purchases as you try to finish payment of shipping.. 3.95 shipping becomes 5.79 as handling is added, then other products are added (when you try to close the site) plus more shipping and more handling... ... if you are lucky enough to get out of the site... you find you have been billed over 14.00 and have ordered products you didn't ask for... *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** I think I got my money back

after hours fighting on the phone.. entire order cancelled ... now I see it's on my credit card.. this is not over

This company is unscrupulous. They offer to give you a trial for $6.93 for 14 days to which they say you can cancel your order before 14 days which I did both by e-mail and by phone. The person I spoke to Brian Williams said that I had to return the product within those 14 days to get a refund. I ordered the product on the 9th of November and never received it till today November 21rst. As you can see it is impossible to return these products before the deadline. I called my credit card company to cancel my credit card and to file a dispute concerning the charges. She called this company on my behalf and spoke to Bianca and told her to give me a cancellation # which I got.

I've sent the products back today and had to mail them in two different packages which cost me quite a bit as I got a tracking #, insurance and asked for a signature when the parcel arrived. I hope this is the last I hear from this company. So many vulnerable people are being taken in by this company. Oh and by the way, the terms didn't appear on the page until you actually bought the product. I did everything they told me to do to return the products including putting the 2 RMA numbers on each one.

Free Trial of Image Revive and Face Replen. All you pay is shipping. I printed out the receipt from the online purchase. It could not be read. $15.56 was charged to my credit card. Word garbled receipts showed total of $11.87 should be charged. Called credit card company who warned me it was not over after paying too much for the Free Trial. I called 1-888-885-3155 and was told that if I did not return the product within one month, the full price for the product would be charged to my credit card. The credit card company said they cannot stop these people from charging my credit card because they have an international agreement with these people and I should read the "contract".I checked through all the literature that I had printed out before embarking on the "Free Trial". There is one little tiny note: Terms.
