Made pre order purchase on eBay. Kept coming up with excuses as to why it wasn't delivered. Has now disappeared from ebay

This seller deals with Funko Pops. He uses " preorder" to take advantage. I ordered in July and he kept making excuses that his vendor wasnt delivering. At end of January this was still going on with commuication even though the item was now everywhere on line. Other people who ordered were complaining. I looked up seller and he was on other venues doing the same thing. Not every sale..but in between, items were not shipped, but funds were kept. I called ebay and they informed me they couldnt help me because of time past, and that seller knew that. I sent an angry email and seller blocked me from sales, yet suggested i pick another item..which wasnt suggested until i pushed him to refund..which he never intended to do..nor send another item.
