After doing a search on Google, the first site that came up was Kimwigs.com. It is very professional and appealing. I ordered a wig from this website on 3-2-2021. After many emails requesting shipping information, I received standard replies, stating wig was being carefully made, please be patient and notification will be sent as soon as it is shipped. This is a scam tactic to put the buyer off, then they stop replying altogether. I have not received the wig. After much research, I discovered the following:

No phone number listed or found.

This is a complete scam, and worse than most, as it scams cancer patients looking for a wig or hairpiece. It needs to be shut down.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots on sale. They deducted $45 from my debit card but never sent me a confirmation nor did they ever send the boots. I have e mailed them many times but no response. Now I have to contact my bank and dispute the charge if that is even possible. They are looking coated in England so it appears they are crooks and most likely I just threw away $45. I will never order from these scammers again and I will leave negative reviews on their Facebook post.

Ordered a little backhoe January 2020, still waiting for it to arrive. I kind of figured it was a scam, and these people were full of c...p but thought l would try anyway. Cost me $150. (Aussie dollars), never have they answered my emails, and again, no phone number. The site is QIUQIAN SHOP, qiuqianshop.com.
All l can say is l should have looked deeper into this but we trust. I hope they are caught and have the book thrown at them

I bought a wig from their Best Wig Market over a month ago and it hasn’t arrived yet. I wish I had done my homework first and checked into this company. They are very sophisticated in their scam because their website looks so professional, I didn’t notice anything weird like misspelled words or other signs that something was amiss. I think they might just be one time scammers because I haven’t noticed any suspicious activity on my credit cards since then. Another way that they were very professional was I emailed them several times to check on the order and I got responses so when I didn’t hear back the last time I knew something was up. Be aware! Do not buy anything from Hymax Company or it’s affiliates. And, always do your research before you buy anything online. Lesson learned!

On the website (thru Facebook) we ordered an all steel 50's front truck toolbox and it hasn't been received. When I went to research the pho e number to report it as scam it had Hymax Company Limited in real small letters at the bottom of the screen. This is bulls it and there are more scammers on Facebook then I have ever seen on a selling site before, they need to get off their [censored] and regulate the postings on Marketplace or delete that option on FB.

The company has a website Masonjarjshop.com apparently only one of many. I ordered what appeared to be legitimate Ball canning seals (in the green box as pictured on their site) and received knock off seals from China. Their order confirmation also indicates "US stock". Obviously that does not men United States. I am currently working to rectify. I do not have much hope. Now I have many dozen seals that I am afraid to use because of their quality.

I ordered thru this company on april 20th. Paid extra for expedited shipping for my product to arrive within two weeks. Its been a month. Customer service sends an automated reply. But. Wont follow up with an actual response. Found evidence that others are being scammed as well.
