A silent basketball was purchased at the beginning on December with a 5-7 shipping date. After 10 days the message came the the product was at a shopping facility awaiting usps. 2 weeks later and email was sent asking all customers to please be patient shipping was behind but all basketballs would be are on their way. The email asked that we do not request a refund from our CC. Now it is over 1 months later. The tracking info is exactly the same, the company just continues to change the date. The website is still up, but no one has responded to my emails.
