Greetings, I write this Report to alert all potential investors, customers for the deceptive business practices, malfeasance, trust breach, dishonor, criminal conspiracy, theft by deception by and thru false misleading statements ongoing by the enterprise- TOPS HOUSING LLC, and its cohorts.
The company purports to be a legitimate Mortgage Originator and Lender, when this is completely false. An investigative report done by Georgia Banking and Finance division- No license to date was found. A friend of mine, unknowingly did business with Hang Xue, of TOPS HOUSING LLC, whom schemed her to indorse and issue a Note to TOPS HOUSING, when it should be indorse to her as an investor. The Note has a monthly interest rate schedule, when as per RESPA, TILA, FOMC rules it is supposed to be per annum schedule- USURY. They then used the counterfeit Note to steal her home, by court simulation and false lien claims at the county recorder office.
If you have done business with this entity in Georgia or anywhere else, immediately ask them for their NMLS license, and when they don't produce it, contact state regulators.
