Online "store" that claims to be closing after several years and selling everything at discount, which I fell for. I emailed them immediately after placing the order asking to change the color and never received a reply; I later saw that the return policy is to "email her" so she can "walk you through the process personally". Product was allegedly shipped with a carrier which also has terrible ratings. After realizing I'd been duped, everything is clear in hindsight - the website was only recently registered, the photos are all AI, there's no address or phone listed, etc.
