Demand For Payment Notice

I don't know who they are and why they believe I should pay for any of their services when I have never purchased anything from them . To scam someone out of $3,780.91 is brave. Especially knowing they will one day have to answer for this fraud. This isn't the first time they have tried to pull this fraud on me. Thank God I know better. I hope they don't get over on anyone else either.They should pay for this plus the stress with it.
