The number text me, my sister, my father, and my stepmother, looking for my deceased mother, saying she has money (access funds) that need to be giving back to her for her property in Indiana. When I asked what company they were with, they sent this: “ When a property sells for more than what was owed this creates a surplus or excess funds which are due back to the former homeowner (or goes to the estate in the case of death

We are a licensed company an LLC that helps families retrieve funds after foreclosure. We have an attorney that helps us to do that“ . They never told me who they were. We never sold any of my moms properties.
