Company advertised on TikTok as a small, black-owned, size-inclusive business. Had an Instagram that confirmed this. Also had reviews on their websites that confirmed. However, they continually pushed back my "order complete day," then created a shipping label without ever actually shipping anything. Reported them to my credit card company (discover), who didn't do anything about it. Eventually, after I emailed the company several times, the just canceled my order without a refund.
