I was told that if I paid them they could bypass certain credit checks. I had no prior evictions, no nothing, but every week for 2 months I got a list of properties that wasn't moving people in or they couldn't get a hold on the leasing office, so eventually I just gave up. I did pay $189.00 for the service, so to not get the help or at least the things I paid for was really a bummer.
