This was a letter received about a home warranty offered by an individual named Jennifer. She was extremely rude and told me I was essentially an [censored] for not purchasing a 3 year warranty. She even offered a "military discount" part of their heros plan. She would not tell me the name of her company which was odd. She seemed to also be fishing for information. The initial letter sent seemed to be legitimate but did not have a return address of company information on it.

I received the attached letter in the mail about home warranty for my home. It is very concerning to see "final notice" on anything. It also indicates that they know the name of my lender.

I called them today to see what they had to say. They said they were not a home warranty company but were more of an administrator/facilitator for the bank whatever that means.

I have never heard of this company. This is clearly a scam. The lady on the phone said that she was going to "red flag" my address -- didn't say why and then hung up on me.

80 year old mother-n-law received pink letter scare tactic about warranty and called number they scammed her out of $1000 and has her bank account info now

His name is scott crandel found this name on google with the number. he tried to scam me with home warranty and he got my full name and number
