Recieved a post card with County Deed Records heading indicating I had a warranty on dwelling mechanical systems expiring 2-9-2024 advising me to call an 888 number to renew. Never heard of them, have no existing warranties like this, no other identification info about company. Obvious scam - did not respond.

I received a letter with Home Warranty Division at the top and a line with my home loan lender's name. The letter stated: "Immediate response required" and said that my home warrantee is expiring and that I had to call immediately to renew it. It included my home address and stated "Secured by Nova Financial & Investment Corp," which is my mortgage company. Further it stated, "Failure to call and prevent a potential lapse of coverage could result in you being liable for all costs associated with any home repairs." At the bottom, in small print, it says: Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder." However, I called before I read that. When I called the number given (800-223-9171) and asked questions about how this was different from my property insurance and if this company was affiliated with my mortgage company, the representative was evasive. As he was pushing me to sign up immediately and have my house inspected, I hung up.

A letter in bold print "FINAL NOTICE" received by mail to my home mailing address with a notice date 10/26/2023 and a response date of 11/10/2023. A statement in capital print, "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUIRED." In bold capital letters, "LENDER INFO: FIRST BK/CRESTVIEW." The letter states that my property's home warranty was secured by a local bank in my hometown that has or maybe expiring. If they are not contacted within 5 days, they have the right to revoke coverage. When I contacted the number and spoke with the representative, and asked where they got the information that was represented in the letter, they asked for the customer number on the letter. She stated that it must be a mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she stated that she was a supervisor. Asked for her name and was given, Amy and her Badge ID#098642. I have never had a warranty on my home with this bank which in no longer in business nor has been for several years. There is no address email or website to respond to this company, only a phone number.

On 3/7/22 we purchased our home. In order to get financing we needed to get a home warr insur. We purchased Complete Care Home Warranty. Our first claim was the a/c unit which they would not cover being under installation warr

That cost me $1200. After that we had water heater, freezer, and microwave go out. When I tried to contact them I just got a busy signal and no reply on there email address

Are they even in buisness?

I received a "Final Notice" by postal mail that my home warranty is expired or will expire. I do not have a home warranty. They used information from my bank about my mortgage to do this. There is no actual company name or address just a phone number and a note saying it is extremely urgent to call. I did call because it angered me that they think they can threaten people with a Final Notice and on pink paper no less. A woman answered and I asked who they thought they were that they can threaten people with this stuff and the woman said she doesn't talk to people like me. That really made me angry and I used a little profanity as the called ended. This, to me, is a scammer and they are fishing to get info and using threat tactics to get people to respond.

These people called my 81 yr old mother asking for her renew her home warranty. She doesn't have a home warranty, the lady that called my mom even called me & left a message stating they need a credit card so my mother could pay for this home warranty. I called them back & they tried to say that my mother has the warranty & I said no she doesn't not. I do my mother's finances & she doesn't have it. They said "Oh ok, have a nice day". Before they hung up, I told them to take her name off their list & don't call her again. My mother said they even tried to get her to meet them some where so she could give them cash.

Please make people aware of this company

Home warranty final notice of ending. Call be end of month. Called and person would not give me names, supervisors, addresss or information about my policy. Usual scam. Reporting phone number. When I called, there was a familiar sound beep from years of phone calls and hang ups. Lady was rude and evasive. Also put me down. I could hear a man on the phone in the background.
