The individual Sebastian Ianis, initially left flyer at door re renovations. He was contacted and came and provided a quote. A contract was signed. He provided his driver licence as ID. He asked for money to purchase supplies an amount of $2000 was sent . A delivery of drywall and wood for framing came. He asked for more funds for supplies in all a total of $5,590 was sent to him which included a used kitchenette he claimed to have found for the space on Marketplace In between he had several no shows and promises that were never kept. This no show and promise game of supplies and showing up continued. We asked and he offered a refund but we know it’s his game he is continuing to play. On Sept 23rd I went to file a police report they told me I will have to take him to court. We feel cheated and made fools of and unfortunately these people who do this know that nothing much would be done. We are seniors feel taken advantage of.
