The paint job was messy and paint was all over the floors, door handles, and fixtures. They did clean the paint from the floors.
The bathroom reno on the other hand was 4 weeks overdue and the quality was bad. I did address this with them. I even stopped in to check on progress to find the contractors arguing with the plumber who was concerned that they wanted him to just put a bathtub in over mold. I had discussed the water damage with them and we had increased the price so that this would be remediated. I was upset that it was not and then I received multiple texts from Kevin about respecting him and that stated I was not paying enough. Oh and in one he suggested the plumber was drinking on lunch. The house was sold in the time I was waiting for them to finish and they were to complete the bathroom. Ther poor quality work was pointed out when the new owner asked about a 2 ft crack in the tub surround and why they were using spray foam to put in the surround. She called me upset to say that she felt unsafe because they had her backed into the bathroom and had raised their voices with her when she asked about the quality of work (I was not there). She did note she felt so strongly that she changed the locks when they left. I do have pictures of the work quality and some of the outrageously rude texts from Kevin Prendi, including where he suggested the plumber was drinking on his lunch break.
