The sammer. Marc-André Dagenais, aka Marc Dagenais entered into a Landscaping contract with me with the purpose of building a zero maintenance yard. Marc Dagenais asked for one third (1/3) of the payment at signing of contract, and one third at excavation. The excavation was not done properly, with grass still on the lot, rainwater drainage not properly buried, which creates a huge pothole on my property and a lack of drainange of rainwater. the deck in the backyard is not completed and present risks of injury to myself and my children and anyone walking on it. The scammer always promised to fix all the wrongdoing, but then disappear, refused to answer my phone call and/or my emails. the front of the house is left incomplete. Thescammer left an old and brokem wheelbarrow on my front yard, so as to make me believe that he will continue the work. The scammer always avoid being tapped on my surveillance cameras, turning his back to the camera or hidding his face.
