Company is posing as an appliance repair company. However does no repair appliances. We contacted the company to diagnosis a problem we were having with our less than a year old fridge. The company confirmed that it would be 80 dollars to have a technician come to the property and review the fridge. Upon arrival the technician stated that 290 dollars had to paid for diagnosis of the problem and then all repairs with parts will be additional. After 3 minutes of work the technician said it was a part (relay) and it would cost 150 dollars plus taxes. We paid for the service and part, fridge appeared to be working, less than 24 hours later it failed again, technician returned turned on knob on the fridge assured us that the fridge was fixed. It is not, called the business again they quoted a 1400 dollar compressor for a 800 dollar fridge. They are refusing to return to diagnose the issue. Upon further inspection we confirmed the part they put in was a 23 dollar part. We are now out 596 dollars and have no recourse. This company has been scamming people for months with impunity.
